What we do
At Here2Grow we understand the complexities of the role a support coordinator faces. We aim to ensure that anyone new to it, gains a deep understanding of how to perform in their role well and with confidence. Equally, we also acknowledge that the NDIS space is constantly changing and evolving, which can be tricky to keep up with. Meet our instructors
Erica Colmer
Operations Manager
Erica has worked within the field of disability for well over a decade. She worked at State Government, Disability SA, in several positions including Senior Roles. After exiting, she began working as an SSC at Here2Home, before moving into a Team Manager role, and quickly demonstrating her capability as a leader. Erica is now the Operations Manager. Erica has completed her Bachelors degree in Psychology.
Sian Williams
Founder and CEO of Here2Home
Sian is the Founder and Owner of sister company, Here2Home, which is a registered NDIS company offering support coordination and specialist support coordination. Sian is a passionate leader dedicated to offering the best education for current and aspiring support coordinators.
Terri Steer
Team Manager
Terri is a qualified Developmental Educator and has worked in a leadership role at Kudos Services. Terri is one of the Team Managers at Here2Home and has a strong passion for learning and keeping up to date with all the NDIS changes and Legislation.
